Assisted a Dutch Trust Office with a compliance alignment initiative in preparation for a corporate acquisition. Conducted GAP Analysis on client KYC and Compliance files, coordinated updates to compliance files, and facilitated communication between compliance and operations. Delivered structured improvement actions to align with Wwft and Wtt frameworks.
Trust Office— KYC Remediation & QA
Assisted a Trust office with a KYC Remediation Project covering periodic reviews of high-risk clients under Wtt/Wwft regulations, including private equity, venture capital, and alternative investment funds. Performed Quality Assurance on Client Acceptance Forms and Memorandums, drafted KYC procedures and working instructions, and trained analysts on quality standards and escalation logic.
